著重將手工相(xiang)控陣(zhen)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測技(ji)(ji)術引入到海(hai)(hai)底石油管(guan)(guan)線檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測的應用中(zhong)去,針對(dui)海(hai)(hai)管(guan)(guan)特(te)定的壁厚和(he)坡口形(xing)式提出(chu)了(le)全新(xin)的相(xiang)控陣(zhen)(PAUT)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測參數設置(zhi),并在ESBTOOL模(mo)擬仿真軟件中(zhong)進行(xing)了(le)聲(sheng)(sheng)束模(mo)擬,確(que)保焊(han)縫兩側的相(xiang)控陣(zhen)探頭發出(chu)的超(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)能夠覆蓋整(zheng)道焊(han)縫。全自動超(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)技(ji)(ji)術(AUT)已是世界上(shang)(shang)一項成熟的檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)技(ji)(ji)術,而AUT校準(zhun)(zhun)試塊是AUT檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)正(zheng)確(que)的重要(yao)保障。為了(le)進一步(bu)驗(yan)(yan)證在海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)海(hai)(hai)管(guan)(guan)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測由于(yu)海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)溫度和(he)相(xiang)對(dui)濕(shi)度變化的可靠(kao)性,特(te)在海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)應用PAUT技(ji)(ji)術對(dui)AUT校準(zhun)(zhun)試塊上(shang)(shang)人(ren)工缺陷(xian)的檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)試驗(yan)(yan)。試驗(yan)(yan)結果表明,PAUT技(ji)(ji)術檢(jian)(jian)(jian)出(chu)率為100%,測長(chang)定量準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)率高(gao),能夠成功運用于(yu)海(hai)(hai)管(guan)(guan)鋪設的檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測中(zhong)。
